Graco is looking for another technical support person, to work along with Ryan and I.

This is a position to provide product recommendations and Electrical / mechanical troubleshooting support over the phone.

Technical Information Specialist

This job would be receiving phone calls and e-mails from distributors (primarily), with some end users mixed in, from around the world. There would be a lot of troubleshooting over the phone, with product recommendation as well. So, if you have anxiety / anger issues, this is not the job for you.

A background as a service tech would be ideal. Having some exposure to Graco equipment, would be even better.
You will need a two year technical degree (Or equivalent experience). Ideally in hydraulics, or electronics, but others are fine.

We're not expecting you to be a rocket scientist. We know it's hard to find someone with a mechanical background, that's willing to sit in a chair all day and talk on the phone. It's even harder to find someone that has a mechanical & electrical background.

The hours are fixed at 8 - 4:45 (This is not negotiable).
Entry level starting pay is $43,700.00 - 76,000.
I would assume most will come in on the lower end. But that really would be experience level dependent.
We know it will take a good 6 months to a year, to feel comfortable. So we're looking for someone who plans on sticking around for the long haul.
