    Default Curb Rash Repair?

Wasn't paying attention, hit a curb, effed up my 18" VW Motorsport wheel. Can this be professionally repaired or do i need to buy a new wheel? I can probably touch it up with touch up paint, or i could take it to a body shop, but is there someone in the south metro that specializes in alloy wheel repair? Also, i think i can source another wheel for $250 would it realistic to have it repaired professionally for less?

is it usually just sanding the lip and repainting or do they add filler metal and make it look like new?
