    3.5 Ecoboost?

It'd probably put a smile on the face of all the Ford guys who get mad when people swap SBC's in their prewar Fords.

The first thing that came to mind was an SR20DET, or 1.8T. Mainly because the SR20 is already a RWD setup, and I know there is a T5 adaptor out there for the 1.8T.

First thing I thought of was a Chevy 4.3. Mostly because I saw Roadkill was working on the Rotsun again.

Something inline 6 would be neat. 7M-GTE? Trying to think of attainability and low cost with decent power and reliability.

I also thought about the supercharged 3800 GM engines. There is a company selling the parts needed to put a T5 on the back on one of those.

Or Lexus SC400's can be relatively affordable. Toyota V8 might be neat.

IIRC that's what goobers put in Fiero's.

Fiero's are engine swap whores. I have seen SBC's, BBC's, 3800's, Northstar's, and all kinds of other swaps in those cars.

I have a v6 out of an 80's monte carlo or something, of unknown origin and such... I can get the block numbers sometime if you want to think about it...

Look forward to what you come up with for this build

Maybe. I need to buy a whole car if I go modern so I can get the wiring and ECU.

It is a great idea, but look at how fucked up that front suspension geometry is. Come on, if you are going to put that much effort into something, do it right.

I doubt it sees very many miles lol

    Anyway.
Have fun with yours! Would love a project like this of my own someday.
