Its getting there. Full rebuild of the bottom end with 2nd oversize as well as a complete head rebuild with port and valve work. Im running the K03 turbo and this winter I will be resealing a brand new 1.6TD pump so it will all look pretty fresh.

But I have possible access to a couple of 1.9tdi completes this summer and would love to do a B2600 or Ranger XLT extended cab TDI. Big turbo and tune it to 300ftlbs and have the best light utility tow vehicle.

I just ordered up a set of r520's, will get those installed and redyno. After that its time to install my 11mm and gtb2056vk sitting on the shelf. I'm sure it'll be clutch time at that point. Anyway, seems to haul things pretty well at my current power level (Malone tune only).

^^ Nice! I learned a hard lesson in my other truck after hauling a bunch of mulch: be sure to get every last bit of wood chips out of your bed before you open your rear window. I ended up with a bunch of red wood fibers all over my interior.

That looks fantastic. Four doors, manual trans and the diesel option please.
Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars.

you will enjoy the R520 and 11mm pump. I don't have the gtb2056vk but I imagine it will be a nice setup.
