This is cool. In the mid 90's my dad bought one of the Chev 1500 diesel trucks. It finally died last year, but that thing had a good run.

A while back gm was developing a 4.5 liter duramax . I think the put it in a SUV for an auto show.

He actually installed a Cummins A which is originally an Onan L. Very cool little motor (2.3L) that he's now swapping into a Cherokee.

Yea if I could get a chevy/gmc 1500 with 4.5L duramax I would buy one in a heartbeat.
I wouldn't mind seeing the 2.0L they put in the Cruze TD make it to the Colorado either that would be a great combo in my opinion

Ditto, no 4BT for me, that thing is a beast haha

Also drive a 2006 Jetta TDI, and a 1994 Chevy K3500 with a Cummins swap.

Some more info is starting to come out. I just hope pricing is reasonable when compared to a 3/4 ton Cummins.

Same. I have a funny feeling the price is going to be absurd, though. Especially when you look at the pricing of the Grand Cherokee diesel.

The 6.7L is $7300, Im betting this will be in the $5K range. But considering a Hemi is only $1300 that makes this a pretty big price to bite off.
