Interior completed with the newly rebuilt interior light panels installed. Lots of little tweaking and finishing to do, but it's all in. I'm overly pleased with myself.
Here is the back in Limo Mode (mattress removed, rear seat up)

5.1 surround sound with subwoofer built into the rear cabinet

The bathroom door is double hinged. It expands outward to give more room when in use. When closed it is very compact, leaving the interior very open.

The TV locks against the ceiling for better rearward visibility when driving. The receiver and Blu ray player are between the front seats

That looks like a great way to eat up miles and see the country! Great work! I am starting to get a very small itch for an Airstream...

That looks fantastic! So when is the first road trip? Looks like there's a sink, what other types of amenities does it have?

Ok, so quick update. After many attempts to get functional AC for camping I finally found a solution that works for us. I bought a mini-split AC unit and mounted it on the bumper. It fits below the window so it doesn't obstruct rear view. I don't like having something external, but this wa the only practical way to make it work. We went camping and it kept the inside nice and cool (and quiet). It's a heat-pump unit so it can also provide heat. Nice clean install on the inside, just replaced one of the lighting unit with the inside part.

I still have an issue with the injection pump leaking in cold temps, so I guess I better address that soon, but it's about $1k for a rebuild of that. Ouch.

I'll post photos when i get our web server back up. (ugh)
