Selling my 12w7, it is too much for my car...
This thing slams!! Sub has some scuffs on the front, but plays perfect and is still under warranty. I computer modeled the box untill I could get it to play loud and deep off of 300 watts (Will take 1000 watts easy). So if you have more power be prepared to have your eyeballs rattle in your skull.:O_o:

Asking $300 bucks, I need money for my other project.

I will put up pics later,
I can build a new box if you need one for a good price since you are buying the sub.
If you are serious about it let me know and I can hook it up in my car and let you hear it before you buy.

Let me know...
Thanks,
D

What did you do for modelling? Do you do enclosures for a living/hobby? I am looking to make a custom enclosure soon to fit into the driver side cubby in my wagon. Probably just going to do a sealed fiberglass setup, but it would be nice to do some actual engineering and get it ported.

I already have a sub though. The 12w7's are quite nice for anyone else looking. :)

Dan did the sub enclosure for my wagon. When it comes to good sounding systems he is the man.

Yeah, I do this for a living I do all of the custom stereo install for Automotive Concepts. Mostly for all of the professional athletes in town. I model all of the boxes on a computer program before I build them. It lets me see the output of each sub in various box types cut for you make any cuts. I can tune boxes for different frequencies, deeper bass, higher output and play with different box types till I get what I want.
If you need a design or a box built for your car let me know. There is limited space in that corner (if it is the same as Space's Danger Wagon). I had grander plans for that box, but after working on it for 9 hours, Space made me wrap it in Carpet.

Let me know,

Oh and this sub is a sweet deal for 300 bucks!
Someone please buy it!! I need money to buy an SDS

The only way I have been able to do custom stuff before is to make a foam mold and then wrap that in fiberglass. Pull the mold and the put a wood front on it. Not the most scientific, but I would measure out water to figure out the volume.

pic of the box is in the first batch of pics I posted. It is a basic box in charcoal trunk liner, but it is ported and tuned for great extension with high output from a reasonable amount of power

Well a 12w7 is a little big for a side box...

But if you don't mind it intruding into the storage area a bit, it can be done. PM me the details on what you want. Price will vary on how you want it finished, Vinyl, paint, Carbon fiber, Big birds hide, etc...
