View Full Version : [SOLD] Pioneer AVIC-D3

Just a feeler to see if anyone is interested, I plan on getting an RNS-E OEM Navigation (want the OEM look, even though it matches pretty well) and would like to get rid of my Pioneer AVIC-D3. Has been installed for about a year and a half with iPod cable. Has been great, still in GREAT condition. Would like to get $300 for it with the iPod cable. Will post up pics tomorrow. Also comes with original box, instructions, DVD maps, wire harness for unit.

I wonder, do you think this would work in a pre-facelift B5?

12-31-2008, 07:32 PM
Not too sure, not too familiar with the older B5's. i just did a little google search and found a few people with B5 A4's with them, not too sure if they were pre facelift or not. What years were pre facelift?

this is a hell of a deal. I would jump all over this if i didnt have a broken window or smashed bumper to deal with right now.

Jack's #1 on the list and more than likely will be sold to him once I get everything else secured with getting the RNS-E!

Jack posted that he wanted it 15 minutes after it was listed for sale! I'd of grabed it too for that price.

Ordering install parts right now. Thanks again Derek.

Okay, so the install went fairly well. I have decided that I will have to install aftermarket rear speakers now too. running the self amplified stock speakers is worthless.

Here is a couple of installed pics.

Looks great Jack!! How are you liking it? I just got my RNS-E installed too, got the coding all done and working, shows up in the MFD! Having a little issue with the Dension kit at the moment.

Looks great.

I like it alot. I had to reset all of the Nav info so it would relearn my car. Then it worked great. I got the bluetooth unit too and I can't push my phonebook through to it though. Stupid Apple and there proprietary bullshit.
