I don't have a picture but last summer I saw the same guy driving a Lambo, 550 monerallo (spelling?), RR, all in the same day.

IMS is International Market Square - there is a commercial building that houses Partners4Design (PoggenPohl/Porsche Design), Valcuccine, Vesuvius Construction, Charles Cudd, etc etc - lots of high-end builders, architects, and interior designers.
The other portion is IMS Lofts, which was redone for residential in 05 (where I live)
There are always high-end scars areound - a 760iL, 335 vert, lots of Range Rovers, S600s, Astons and Maseratis, its pretty ridiculous.
The nicest cars owned by residents here are a CLK63 AMG, S600AMG, Porsche C4S, lots of E-classes, a couple 335s, and of course my M3. A lot of A4s and 'average' cars as well. The lady driving the Drophead and CLK63 lives down the hall from me, the owner of the car has an exotic car rental business as well as others.

I like the space, its actually pretty close to what other buildings are priced at but its still just a condo.
Sometimes I wish I'd have bought a house so I could have a garage with a shop setup, but theres no way I could get a house for this cheap and be in the city.Last edited by thull; 05-28-2008 at 02:50 PM.

Thats my dilemma. I wanna buy something here soon.
Burbs - 3 Car garage, room, space, no traffic..... but lame
City - 1 maybe 2 cars, smaller space, people everywhere...... but hoppin
Its also the $350 a month HO dues that make me say nish nish to that.
