Haven't actively posted here, but thought I'd start a project thread here where the audience is maybe more receptive.

My 07 GTI has been a fun car since I picked it up new but with work and my A4, then A6 in the way I never got around to doing what I wanted to.

The last pic of my GTI that I liked, with the coils (also very old):


New.. still a work-in-progress.


Working on ordering the new wheels for the car now.. debating throwing a Votex setup on the car or not.

FK Sport Editions. Looked great, rode decent but I had probs getting in/out of my parking garage at that height. Fewer issues expected now.

any other mods besides the bags? exterior, engine or interior?

APR Stg2, Turboback. More fun stuff coming, but probably not a lot engine-wise.. A6 has 605s, so that'll do for the power side of things.

One of the few MK5s that are on bags for a practical reason. I like it.

I've been horribly distracted and gone through quite a few wheel options for the old girl in the past few months.. but now I just have to get it some love. Especially while its my daily driver with the S4 in the shop.

WTB Porsche Twists Need to find something fun to run on the car this year, as it looks like I might start having time again to do car related things. Gotta get the GTI up-to-par with the rest of the fleet..
