Default after wheel/stud swap, car doesnt want to roll in neutral

i pushed my truck around all morning with ease when it had stug lug bolts and 14's with bigger tires...

fast forward to me installing a stud conversion and 13's with small tires the car doesnt want to move in neutral.. like its hanging up on something. tires arent hiting, studs arent poking through the drums,
    suspension is the same.

could it be possible that the cv shafts are at a much more agressive angle and therefor harder to rotate? same thing happened when i installed this stuff on my jetta

I ran 13's on my rabbit quite low and never had any axle binding issues.

Checked both caliper and axle clearance and both were fine. I drove around slowly with my head out the window and didn't hear any grinding or scraping. Interesting

Could it be that there is pressure coming from a different place? maybe its compressing the brakes just enough to stop the truck from rolling.

You pinched a hard brake line when you jacked up the rear of the truck and its allowing pressure to build when you step on the brake to start the truck but it doesn't bleed down when you take your foot off the brake? Keeps the truck from rolling in nuetral but not enough pressure in one caliper to overcome the engine when you drive it. Dragging brakes don't make a lot of noise.

    That's my guess. Good luck.

You could also have got the parking brake cable hung up on something when it was up in the air and now its stuck on. I assumed you checked thehandbrake. You should be able to feel if the cable is hung up it will either have no resistance or be frozen depending on the situation. I am just not sure how this would happen with out having done something to the suspension but I suppose the jack or stand could have pinched off that cable or displaced it.

have you gotten it back up in the air and turned the wheels manually to see which one is catching?

both ebrake cables were locked up tight. took a while to get the drums off. cables were competely rusted. lubbed them up quite a bit and got them loose at least. i dont use it anymore just in case
