2006 A6 with the 3.2 V6 questions

Well I think I've found my next car. What are some things I should be aware of with these? It's got the CVT transmission. Water pump and stuff was recently done.

So is it like the S4's where the guides go around 100k and they have to be replaced? Or do they have to get replaced if something bad happens ...Meaning, they aren't just a wear & tear thing?

Ooops. it's the tiptronic, I thought the add said CVT.

Honestly, audi has made it so insanely easy to pull a motor now days it really only takes but 3hours to pull an engine, even without the drop down table.
