Headlight conversion questions

i would almost consider making a bucket out of foam and find someone here that knows fiberglassing or Chevy silverado headlights might work since they use 2 thin ones per side.

Which part is 'glass? Surely not the reflectors. I plan on going to u-pull to buy some small sealed beam buckets and making them work. And by buckets I mean the metal things that hold the lights in place, with adjustment screws etc. I don't immediately care if there's a filler around the light, so long as it works.

Probably. You could also just match the curve by sanding a block of wood and heat forming plexy over it. Make your own, perfect fit. If you're too squeamish to make your own, I can probably make you a set for a small fee since I will be using up some materials I have.

Yep, I have no problem model making but would appreciate a watchful eye since I've never formed plexiglass. It's the rest of it,- metal fab and wiring- that, I'm afraid of.

I'm willing to pay you or whoever to take the pieces- headlight buckets, wires and lenses- and put them together. I could have the buck ready and form the plastic while you fab and wire it? PM me a price.
