Spoke with my neighbor. It does indeed belong to the nurse. She bought it in California and is truely showroom mint. He didn't know how many miles are on it, though. Sounds like she knows what she has and wants to hang onto it. She says her glove box is full of notes offering to buy the car that were placed under the wipers at various times. He also mentioned that she said she gets stopped at least a couple times a day with people inquiring about it.
