    Default Stock bulbs too hot?

I just replaced one of my tail light bulbs and found the inner clear plastic was melted and broke the bulb. I never get why these style bulbs are so round and so close to the plastic lining. Im sure it will do the same thing soon. If you look at the top right hole the plastic should be round but it was melted into a clump.

I cant imagine why they would be getting that hot if the electrical system was normal.

Do an led set up instead. Or perhaps you have the incorrect wattage.

I was thinking of the led tails but Ive been saving mad money this year by NOT modding the car anymore, maybe next spring. I did replace the bulbs with what the factory is calling for but I didnt check the passenger side yet so they could be wrong too...er actually I dont think I checked the bulbs I took out..doh
