Just ordered mine today. I picked Deep Impact Blue, and should be getting the 1.6 Ecoboost. Unfortunately the company requires me to get an auto. Probably won't be here until Dec/Jan

Should look like this, minus the sunroof:

It's a mini Rapide. I love it. And like said previously if they put the SHO engine and AWD in it, that thing would be awesome!

Generally for corporate cars, you order it through Enterprise or GE or whoever manages it.

    This

Its a fleet car, managed by PHH. I went on to their website, picked the colors and options I wanted and hit submit. I'm sure we get great discounts, we have over 1000 fleet cars (mostly Fusions)across the country

Corporate leases are ridiculously overpriced when compared to consumer leasing. Mostly due to mileage requirements. My dad's E350 is $1,500/mo.

I have no idea what my company pays. I drive 30-40K a year, so the lease can't be cheap.

My car is currently on stuck at the factory, and has already been recalled.

It was built 09.29, but was pulled from the line for a random quality inspection. By the time that inspection was over, there was a shortage of rail cars. The factory currently has a backlog of 8000 cars that need to be shipped. I've been told it should be on a train by early-mid Dec, with a late Dec, early Jan delivery.

My coworker that had a car built on the same day already has his, damnit.

The recall is for the headlamps. Apparently the heat from the bulb causes the lamp to get dimmer. Parts supply is unknown, so I have no idea when I'll actually take delivery.

these things look freakin sweet! I work at a Ford dealer and that 1.6Eco aint too shabby for an everyday driver. In top model fusions you can get the 2.0Eco (like Focus ST) and AWD!! Im looking forward to test driving one of those. The 2.0Eco in the Escapes pulls pretty solid so Id figure the Fusion to feel similar.

drove two of these over the past few weeks, very, very impressed with both.

had my dad talked into buying a deep impact blue SE model, but the deals on them really sucked since he wanted to lease. ended up going with a brand new maxima that was 10 grand more for less $ per month with a longer term and more miles per year.

i was really disappointed ford didn't have a better deal on them, the numbers they were throwing out just didn't make sense for a $26,000 car for lease or purchase.

The more I find out about the Fusion the more I like it.

I think these come standard with sync which for a standard tech package is pretty awesome. Ford has really improved over the last few years, the new models I've had some experience with have been better than expected.

Wow, I've got another recall, and its still sitting at the factory. This time its: "Ford is voluntarily recalling these vehicles because of reports of engine overheating, resulting in engine fires while the engine is running. No injuries have been reported. Some drivers who have experienced high engine temperatures followed by engine fires say that their clusters have shown the message "Engine Power Reduced to Lower Temps" or "Engine over temp, stop safely." Some also indicated that their instrument clusters sounded a chime and illuminated a red light."

Apparently all of my company's Fusions and Escapes have been recalled (they all have the 1.6T)
