Rust repair

I am going to give this a shot. Is there anyone willing to patch up a rust hole in my rear arch for some wrench turning.

Hey, when you get around to welding up some rusty panels please let me know. I'd like to address some rust issues on my Jeep and am willing to pay if you are willing to help. It doesn't have to be pretty, just fixed.

I want to cut every bit out rust out and weld in new metal of similar thickness. I will do all the rest (grinding, prepping and painting). If I could use your grinder that would be great but the rest I can do at my place.
