Mk III GTI w/euro plate and blue '04 R32

I saw a black MkIII Golf/GTI on 35W SB @62 at 10pm with a rear euro plate that had some word and the number 162 or 167 on it. Grey racing stripe, hood scoop, and I'm not sure what else since I was driving. Right after he got on 62 WB and we parted ways I spotted a blue 2004 R32 on 62 EB that I followed into St Paul on 5 until I had to exit onto Shepard. I got the V as he initially came up on me on 62. The lady appreciated that
