I have a 10x8 shed foundation that needs to be finished. I don't have time to do this.
I have made a 10x8 foundation out of 2x4 treated lumber. I have also purchased these ice auger looking ground anchor things. They seem to be secure, but this is not my area of expertise.
Here is the frame:
The ground area for the foundation needs to be leveled, and then the foundation needs to be anchored, so it does not get vomited out of the ground by frost, and at the same time lifted slightly off the dirt (be it with river rock or whatever) so it does not rot, and finally topped with the sheets of marine grade plywood I have.
There should be a SLIGHT slope to the foundation so things can drain out of the shed.
Once the foundation is made I will dance upon it, then I can build the shed myself.
In closing, f**k this project right in the ass. I hate every second of carpentry, and I hate this goddamn shed. I just want this bullshit to be over, so I can stop keeping my kick-ass Honda mower under a shitty tarp outside.
Thanks for reading!
