Selling the wife's car.
Car is a white 2002 Passat Wagon, 30V V6, 4Motion. Chrome mirror caps and chrome factory roof rack rails. OEM option perfect 17" "Bi-Stars" that were stripped and re-powdercoated by JIT in OEM color. Brand new Continental Contisport DW tires that were $600 alone.
Has 120,XXX miles on it currently.
Factory black leather interior with wood accents on dash and door panels.
Excellent condition.
Have had zero issues with it since purchase in 2006.
Timing belt, water pump, all rollers and tensioners, etc...were done in Aug of 2009 by myself at approx 78,000 miles.
Did the front and rear brakes in Sept of 2010 using Brembos and Hawk HPS pads.
Both complete tie rods were done in October of 2010 using HD ones.
Radiator and coolant switch were replaced in May of 2011.
Replaced the plugs, plug wires, and ALL vacuum lines in July of 2011.
Headlights were faded so I purchased brand new OEM ones and installed Lamin-X on them. They were just replaced last fall (Nov 2011).
Tranny is due to have fluid flushed soon along with tranny filter. I have the parts here for that will be included. Same for the valve cover gaskets.
Starting to feel a very slight clunk in the front end so I think the upper control arms need to be replaced sooner rather than later. I was just going to go ahead and replace all the suspension arms if we kept the car, but decided it was time to get something newer.
NEW PRICE: $5000 OBO. Wanted to try this before just trading it in to the dealer.....
Thanks!
