What have you done with your stock?

hey guys, im saving up for some 18's later on but i just wanted to know if you guys painted your stock rims? or saved up and got new ones? or just left them? just some ideas

Wheels. Not rims.

In most cases stock wheels look better left stock.

I usually invest in stock, but to each their own. $50 wheels, $5 spray paint.



For comparison, painting wheels actual colors can go really wrong.

sorry wheels, lol yeah i know what you mean, i was thinking of painting them with then finish it with a clear coat. but i dont know if it will look good

I am fairly new to this stuff, but from what I have read powder coating is the best way to do it. Be sure on what color you are going with I believe powder coating is not cheap.

Not any more than a well-prepped and applied paint job with quality materials.

Holds up to abuse better than most any paint though.

why spend the money on your stock wheels when you know you want to buy some 18’s. just save your money and acquire 18’s quicker.
