Just a feeler if anyone is interested....

I have a set of 15 inch BBS RMs that need refinishing/rebuilding.

Don't really have the experience doing that. Don't really want it either.

I am a certified Audi technician and would be willing to do some sort of labor exchange with someone.
Obviously we would both pay for our own parts.

I work on Audis for a living, used to work on VWs before that. Will work on whatever.

Wanna fix my 89 Audi 90 10v CIS? It doesn't misfire or anything, but it has no power. It makes it incredibly hard to drive.

I might be interested. My wife's 2002 Passat needs front end work. All the suspension parts need to be replaced I think (links and control arms).

I'd be up for the suspension work. Probably not for the CIS work, that system is a like a bad dream trying to work on. Everything you touch turns to broken. But FYI on the CIS, look for a vacuum leak. That is usually the issue with those. (There's like 50 fricking vacuum lines on that stupid thing.) Either that or your timing might be off?

Checked timing, roughly >9000 times. It's spot on. I'm sure it's a vacuum leak, I just hate it.

PM me if you want me to build your RMs. I can assemble no problem and polish the lips for you to a mirror shine. Have done several sets of RMs and RSs.
