ok what the heck is this thing? put a new air intake tube in, dont know what i should do with this now... do i need another plug, because now my car smells bad...

Run it back into your intake, or be hood and put a filter on it

the tube that runs down from the pcv, that disconnected from another tube, how do i get that back on, cant really get it back into place

sometimes we need to figure things out on our own. I didnt know what a PCV was before I knew. You really really need a bentley manual so you can look this stuff up though.
