    Default 2001 Ford Explorer V8 AWD 151k 78k on engine 50k trans

    Just throwing this out there...

    146k
    5.0 V8
    Engine has 75k (install finished early January)
    - New plugs, wires, fuel system cleaned - runs like a champ
    - over $1500 in the swap...
    Trans has ~ 55k
    Recent Shocks
    Great tires
    AWD works perfectly
    Flowmaster 50 series exhaust
    Decent paint
    Very little rust
    New speakers
    New double DIN DVD player & 400wx4 amp

    Issues:
    Fail safe thermostat sticks open sometimes (FAIL?!)
    AC compressor not hooked up - still have it...
    Small bit of passenger rear body damage
    Vibrates a bit on the highway when you let off the gas. Might be a sticky u-joint...

    Drove this to ND and back - got a legit 19MPG - put over 6k on it since the engine swap and it's running great. Just changed the oil & rear diff fluid.


    $3,200 firm - pics later this week...
