You should be able to get the radio code for the dealer all they need is the vin and they can look it up.

since this is a 98, any history of the engine being replaced to address the coolant migration through the cylinder walls issue or cyl head issues?

Oh i thought they needed the radio id number too... i will give it a shot.

I do not know much about the history of the motor. I have never replaced it or had to do any major repairs. I have only owned this for about a year now.
