    Default 1979 Rabbit Diesel 2 door , ac , 5 speed , non-sunroof - project - Nebraska


















    1979 Rabbit Diesel
    101k on odometer
    hasnt been plated since 1996
    some rust in ok places - little around base of windshield - some on rear apron
    non sunroof - interior is cool , dash is cracked , seats are evaporated from the heat - but the material looks good..

    i bought this and the Caddy last week - wrecked my WRX today - so not interested in fixing this..
    i put battery in the rabbit - it cranks and cranks and cranks - but wont start - injection pump is leaking on the ground..

    $1500 here in Lincoln.

    my first mk1 jetta coupe project that i traded an alpine cd player for it with a bad motor - put a GTI rabbit motor in it - had it for 2 years, sold it to a friend, bought it back and rocked it again for a few - sold it again , friend wrecked it , bought it back to part it...

    thats the longest ive ever had any single car except a leased X3 -which was kinda my wifes had it for 3 years

    right now i have 10 cars - i need help.. but wait till you see my next rabbit...

    At least you are trying to sell some of them what ever happened to the QSW? Did you end up selling it at your asking price?
