BMW M10 Engine and 5 spd trans for sale.

I'm doing an engine swap in my 02, and I am looking to sell my BMW engine and transmission. I have a M10 block, with an E12 head. 38 Weber carb set up. Runs fine. The transmission is a Getrag 245 5-spd manual. Works fine. No problems. Includes downpipe. Many new parts two seasons ago. Need to sell! Asking $1000/bo for the engine and trans package (cross member or other parts not included).
