Anyone looking for a real estate agent?

I am posting this to help get my wife's name out there. She got her real estate license back in August but has been working in the real estate industry for the last two years as an administrative assistant to another realtor who specializes in short sales and foreclosures. She has a lot of experience working with the banks and handling all the paperwork involved with shortsales and foreclosures.

So if you are looking for a real estate agent in the metro area (she will travel for special situations if needed), then please consider my wife. She doesn't charge a fee to buyers. Most agent's charge 3% comission to all buyers.

And if you are not sure if you qualify for a home mortgage, contact her and she will work with you and lenders to try and get you approved, at no cost to you.
