2004 TR R32 | Lightly modded & well maintained

Selling my 2004 Tornado Red R32. Car is located in the Twin Cities, MN. I have owned the car since 75k miles, about one year and four months. I DD the car for my job, and since I've owned it, 70% of the miles have been all highway. Car has a clean title, accident free, and drives like a champ! Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the vehicle.

Currently the miles are 118k, and will continue to rise. Interior is in excellent condition. Leather seats/bolster are in great shape!

-APR 93 flash
-EVOMS V-flow
-Short shifter (30% reduction)
-Open flapper/resonator delete
-MAM MT1's 18x8.5/9.5 with H&R 10mm/20mm spacers
-Nitto NeoGen's up front, Yokohoma's out back / 50% F/R
-FK Silverlines (non adj dampening)
-Driver/pass front Raxles
-Gruvenparts lower control arms - rear
-BMP mirror's / BMP grill
-Blacked out inner headlight / 8k HID kit / Ziza city light

Maintenance:
-117k- New FK silverlines
-117k- New front Raxles
-117k- (ALL OEM) Tie rod ends, ball joints, control arm bushings, swaybar bushings/endlinks and strut mount kit
-117k- New OEM front rotors / Akembo ceramic pads
-90k- Haldex fluid/filter and tranny flush
-80k- Recalled coil packs / NGK Iradiums
-75k- Front wheel bearings
-75k- New thermostat
-75k- Rear slotted rotors/Hawk pads
-New windsheild with one very small rock chip
-Oil changed religiously every 4k - Full Synthetic
-I have reciepts for other minor work done
Both will be done prior to sale of car:
-Rear control arm Heim Joint bushings w/ dust boot
-Four corner alignment

What needs attention. Keep in mind that I want to be as clear as possible about every known imperfection:
-Clutch has been mildy slipping the past couple of months. Annoying at most, but completely fine to drive
-Airbag light is on (passenger seatbelt assembly)
-Passenger sun visor ripped off from abuse by people who don't know how to work the seat in an R
-Cruise control stopped working, fuse was replaced
-Front 12v outlet doesn't work, fuse was replaced
-Speaker ground wire is out of place, it makes a subtle high pitched whining noise when radio is on
-Front fenders need to be rolled before threading the coils down. Fender lips are slightly pulled down, and there is small amount of paint chipped from rubbing as well
-Two hail marks; one on the roof, and one on the hood
-Thin scratch on the rear bumper, below the left exhaust tip
-Paint is faded on the driver's fender lip due to a hit and run in a parking lot
-Small scratch on front bumper from an incident with an Escalade
-Clear coat is becoming an issue. It's peeling in various locations of the car, but is the worst on the roof. I was planning on either painting the roof black, or vinyl wrapping it for a clean look.

Extras that come with the car (will ONLY include if 13k asking price is met, minus aristo's, you get those no matter what):
-NEW OEM clutch assembly, including: clutch disc/pressure plate/flywheel/TOB/rear main seal
-Cloth mats
-TR mirrors/grill/unpainted badgeless grill
-Spare set of OEM tails
-4 inch magnaflow exhaust tips
-OEM strut mount kit
-OEM suspension (50k miles)
-Aristos (ON the car atm) with all seasons (front 50%/rear 30%)

Believe me, if I had the choice, I would keep this car with no questions asked. This has been hands down the most amazing and fun car I have yet to own, and probably will for quite some time. Unfortunately, I need something more practical for my job. My goal is to sell it to an enthusiast who will appreciate it as much as I did. As for what I want to get for it, I am staying firm at 13k. That price includes everything listed above. The exterior imperfections are reflected in the price as well, along with the somewhat higher mileage. that oe clutch/fw setup is like a grand right there in savings for a buyer
have u tried contacting VW on the paint. Sometimes they will honor a full respray due to the common TR paint clearcoat issues.

That would be a dream come true, but so far no luck. If anyone had any sort of recommendations regarding the Tornado Red clear coat issue, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks to everyone that's posted. I would love to sell it to someone who's local, just to be able to see it at the show this summer! I would like to think that the listing is as informed as possible, so the buyer knows everything that they're getting.
