New here: Thought it was time to join

Just saying howdy. My name is Phil. My wife and I have a pretty bad car habit, so we figure we should join a local car-friendly forum as the start of our 12-step process (the last step is actually selling a car).

Looking forward to seeing folks out and about, especially the first Cars & Coffee (can't wait 'til April).

Well, the issue is we forget to sell... So, nothing on the block right now, but when we do go to sell, some of the cars (1973 2002) might be suited to this crowd while other cars (1996 Miata) might not be. However, we need to finish some other projects before we sell the cars that run right now.

Nope, no Caddy. A buddy had a powder blue Rabbit Diesel during high school, that's about as close as I've gotten.

Why, yes, we do. I was wondering how long it would be before we got pinged from our neighbors a few doors down. As you know, we're kinda all over the map with Miatas (stock and "otherwise"), an old VW (I've owned a VW of one sort or another since I was 16, mostly aircooled save a few Audis here and there), a smattering of BMWs and a few other projects. I think we've got more cars in the "running" column than not right now, so we've got that going for us.

Come spring time, you'll see a couple of odd projects rolling out of the shop.

Didn't you have the E30 of many colors in your sig photo? Did you sell that? We've finally gotten our E30 swap nearly sorted. We picked up some Stahl headers for the M30B35 in it. Veronica is hoping that the headers and a new chip/AFM delete will wake the car up significantly.

Yeah, that was mine. It had an S50 with a big turbo. I sold it a few months back to a guy in Pennsylvania.
