I changed my plugs tonight and when I pulled the #2 plug it had oil on the threads but the end was just fine. Would that be a leak from the inner seal of the VC?

oil does seep down to the plugs and then the threads. sometimes if you start your car, pull it inside, and turn it off the plug will be wet with oil/fuel mixture from a cold start.

Veedub. No fuel smell. Just oil. Plus I have not ran my car for a few days. I'm almost postive it is the seal. Thank you everyone
