Funny. I remember back in the 80's people would be stationed somewhere and would always reading thrasher and send in their pics to the magazine.

I remember that too....and the crappy paper and ink they used that would get all over your fingers.

It's my wife and she was at Balad airbase for 12 months but is home now...for good.

My wife, Tracy is at Balad right now... will be home next July. I might be interested in having diner with you guys to tlak about life on base... communication has been a little light, and I really don't want to tlak about silly questions in the 20 minutes a week we can talk... Ya, Kroll On Track recovered her hard drive for free, otherwise these pics and alot of other stuff would have been gone forever. Everyone else wanted $2,000 to do it.
