Thanks, guys. I did the CAD drawing myself, then farmed out the plasma cutting to Midway Iron in St. Cloud. It was very reasonable - including their work, I think I have about $35 in the whole project.

    How does that Qcad work?

Very cool part and nice use of the dimple dies. I just bought a set for use here at the shop.

QCAD worked well for this project. This was only my second or third attempt at drawing anything in CAD, so I'm not qualified to make any comparison to other CAD or drafting software on the market. It was fairly easy to teach myself to use the software, and I'm glad the free demo version allowed me to save DXF files.
