Its odd, I was up in st cloud on move in day and there were so many cops. I talked to 20+ and they were such nice guys.... untill some drunk goes running in the street screaming wih his beer or people start fighting and getting out of hands. 95% of cops are really nice guys an if you show them respect they will show it right back.
