    again if there is anyone here with access to a water jet that can cut me a spacer for my valve cover please get a hold of me. I have a spacer that can be used as a template already but i need to make a thicker one for the new head.

    might have to do that....

    yay for more updates.

    I had RW modify my thermostat housing to get rid of the line that would normally go to the heater and they had to do a bit of work to get the intake manifolds to fit just right but now they fit like a glove.

    and my oil filter lines are all done, no more hose clamps!

    made it out to WaterJet Solutions in Blain this morning as well and dropped off my valve cover spacer so they could make a thicker one and that should be done end of next week and my head gasket should be here from Cometic next week as well.

    no i did not, i think they said they are all wrapped up and i had to jet over to RW and the to work so i didn't really have time to stick around

    he did but when they went to set valve lash the clearance was there but it was so small that we worried that at high RPMs there was the potential of something going wrong. So rather than risk it and since Cometic was able to do the job quickly i pulled the trigger.

    Better to be safe than sorry
