my comment merely revolves around the fact that these cars, like NASCAR, are rolling billboards on tubeframes, sharing nothing in common with their roadgoing namesakes.* heck, the fanbase is somewhat similar too; don't kid yourself into thinking they're sitting in some ritzy cafe drinking late's watching DTM.

DTM fans are different from nascar fans because they love the thrill of the race... DTM is similar to F1 in my opinion... the technology is amazing.
all nascar fans car about is this...
this makes them cheer.

F1 cars are just carbon fiber monocoques.... but they're better than nascar
