Black mk3 Jetta 35W southbound

Saw a jetta on 35W south. Didn't get a super good look, but it was low, had GLX tails (I think anyway), and a badgeless grill. I was in a ford tarus as a passenger, I gave a pretty goofy look when we passed haha. This was right after the forest lake split.

Anyone on here? I am heading to Minneapolis for the UMD/UoM hockey game tonight.
