It will be a really efficient super long lasting vdub for us. I remember having big torque and boost from my 1.8T, but that's not where this project is headed. We're seeing 47mpg now with a mix of city and highway driving and expect 50mpg with the nozzles. 125hp and 225tq with 50mpg is really driveable :-)

and people wonder why 75% of Germans drive diesels. There is so much amazing involved with the VW TDI that its odd that more Americans don't have them.

those nozzles would work great with the tune I have. It was designed for the PP520's but many have run those on this tune.

Come on like I said I'll never use this again and it's up for grabs. It'll do similar if not more power then that tune and has factory code output and drive-ability that is why I choose unitronics over rocketchip. If you want to try it I don't need money for it right now let me know we can get it installed and you can see if you like it. Doesn't hurt my car any, I just want to see some one use this instead of it getting erased when the new tune goes on. I got 41 city/48 hwy with it, but I had huge PP764's (2 stages larger then yours) and it smoked bad, plus I screwed the compression up with a thicker head gasket so you should get better MPG's then that.

Thanks man. I like them A LOT. And it's what SHE wanted. Low will come later of course. I'd rather spend $ on FAST first.

WOW! That looks great! It really does not need a lot of lowering. Just the 337/20thAE suspension would look sweet, maybe some spacers to pop it out a little.

    But it looks so good!

    whoa. That needs some cleaning.

It's nice that the struts came assembled already.

How did those leathers work out for you? Were you able to migrate the pins?

I think I'll have to pull the struts apart to replace the bushings that I ordered. Either way, I have air toolz.

The rear leather is so hot. Mikayla LOVES the leather now.

The fronts still need TLC to make them work. There are simply too many wires in the 2003. Jack sounds confident that we can figure it out.

Same kit I have in the Jetta. Love it. Ride is slightly harsh, but the handling is amazing. With some good rubber on those Aristos, it will be awesome.

Good looking car, keep it up!

Same suspension I have. Good choice. Makes for a good DD setup not to harsh, but not mush like the stock TDI stuff is. Add an o-bar to that and you have the perfect OEM like suspension with massive corning power.
