They are indeed phase 2's, once i looked into it a bit. The same shape as phase ones, except with the ronal turbo cast into the face, which i personally kinda like, probably even more rare than phase 1's, although not as popular. Anyway, yes they need work, but are probably 1k plus wheels when they are done if they are perfect, especially with the centercaps and lugs that NO ONE has...

My buddy has these wheels. Or at least I think they are the same. Which 'phase' are these?

Yeah i know that car, was my buddy matts for a few years, i put those on for him.

Those arent any "phase", they are a modern itineration of the early turbos, they are called r10's. They are indeed made by ronal, and share kinda sorta the same shape, but are a bit heavier, and obviously a tougher street wheel. The faces are much different when put side by side, but are close in idea. Ronal used to make really cool stuff in the 70's to the mid 80's, but in the last 15/20 years havent made much at all, mainly blah street and oem wheels ( quite a few vag wheels are made by ronal)

Not that i am ripping on new r10s, i still think they are neat, but they are a different deal...
