FS: 2001 Golf GLS

I am looking to move into a faster car. This car was my daily driver for the last year or so. I bought it with 39,000 miles on it

2001 Golf GLS
-5spd
-48,000 Miles
-4 brand new Good Year tires
-fresh oil change as of 5/25/07
-zero problems
-new transmission at 40k miles (due to previous owner i am guessing. I had barely driven the car when the transmission had went out.)

The bad:
a few random little dings and scratches from the car being 6 years old.
a small burn on the top of the A-pillar from the previous owner. Looks like a cigarette burn, I personally have never smoked in it, maybe the previous owner did, but it doesnt smell of any smoke at all.
consumes a small amount of oil, not a huge deal, most 2.0's consume oil. can be fixed by replacing the piston scraper ring but it is not needed. the engine runs completely fine as is.

I am just looking for a quick sale before summer so i can get my new car. I need this gone.
