I think it's a Mini Cabriolet, but it doesn't look like a soft top? Kinda different looking... Almost looks like some sort of coupe Mini...

I see one almost every day turn onto Hennepin from 3rd. They are pretty cool.

Not sure what the thing is behind the ring safety car but someone is taking a picture of it as if its something odd.
