Silver Mk4 GTI around town

Around 4:30 today I was going to O'reily autoparts by Crystal Lake Automotive to get some wheel locks and I saw a silver gti coming in behind me. Guy driving it was in an army uniform and held the door for me going into the building. I didn't really get a chance to talk with him, but the gti seemed to have a lot of things done to the exterior. It had tinted windows, euro r32 tails, an r32 wing, m3 style sideskirts, lowered, possibly an aftermarket exhaust, wheels that looked like the dodge srt-4 wheels, this kamei grille painted silver:

And it had a carbon fiber hood that was painted like this hood:


Other than that, I didn't really get to see much else. Wish I had time to talk with the owner... seemed like a cool guy. Just wondering if you could possibly be on here. Too bad I didn't think to snap some quick pictures of the the car itself. Car looked good though!
