Default dont know what to get...

I cant decide between coilovers or rims. I cant afford both because rims are about 900-1000 and coils are 950. I only have the stock 16" glx wheels right now so I am not sure how a dropped tinted silver wagon would look with stock 16's..? ANd I cant photochop because I dont have mad skills. I also want exhaust but the only pre-made 4-motion exhaust systems are supersprint (1500) or remus axleback (850) or milltek (1600). Or I could just ghetto it with some ebay "euro mufflers" and get pipes at the shop on university and weld it up.

FK silverline coils are 950 (goin with those)
    BG coils are 1300
    Blistein pss9 coils are 1650

    I like them too

As for the Passat, I'd personally end up going with wheels. Are you dead set on coilovers? I know springs are a bigger commitment with the ride and all, but they are much cheaper. I rock H&R Race springs and Bilstein Sport struts year round. Nice drop, although the ride is less than comfy over bumps...

the car has 85k on it and needs shocks as its bouncy (ohhh no my groceries fly arround) ....lol... I priced shocks at 650 + springs at 200. So thats why I want to go coils, its only 100 more for coils over springs/shocks plus I can go lower than a 60/40

Ooh, Ooh! I have an example to back Petah and show why coils are first!

    Sexy wheels before coils:

    Wheel gap =

I have been debating between FK and B&G for awhile, everyone says B&G goes lower, but I know far more people still running FK's. They both drop insane amounts. I want the FK for the adjustable dampening.

    x15 coils

If you get bored you can always clean up and paint your stock wheels. But rims do looks bad on stock right height.

    coils first.

You can always find nice used wheels down the road, but pretty much always need to buy suspension new. So get the expensive coils first.
