    Default It's that time again... "Project " _________ "

As some of you know. I put the car up forsale for a while.. Not sure why... it was dumb to say the least. I got a couple goood offers on it. The best was $35k. I just couldn't do it.
I've always stated that I was going to store the car for 10-20 years when it hit around 50k miles. Not sure if I am going to go this route or not.. but I for damn sure am keeping the car and working my way towards finishing it...Slowly but surely..
So here is the break down of things that are going to happen this year. I am waiting on a few parts and when they arrive.. tear down will begin.

So here we go. Time to start working on getting the car closer to being done

Here is a list of things that are already done...

    Stage I turbo build- Done
    Stage II turbo build- Done
Motor re-build with all forged internals- Done
    VF motor mounts- Done
    Billet engine goodies- Done
    Air ride install- Done
    Full hatch shave- Done
    Shaved Front Euro bumper- Done
    Mild boser hood- Done
    Bonrath 2-bar badgless grille- Done
    OEM HID reps- Done
    Air ride hatch set-up- Done
Autopower roll bar and yarrowsport rear brace- Done
    Brembo 4 piston BBK-Done
    All wiper delete- Done
S3 engine covers shaved and painted- Done
    M3 taillights- Done
    Pioneer Avic D3- Done
Audi TT shifter and Boot- Done
    Champion wheels- Done

Things left to do and what will be done in this segment.

    Shave repeaters
    Shave antenna
OEM R-line rear bumper with no cutouts
    OEM Lupo mirrors
    OEM HID's
    New tailights
    Pull all windows
Pull motor or most of it
Dssasemble as much as possible...(i.e door cards, tail lights, etc.)
Remove hatch wing which will not go back on
Full respray in non disclosed color!
Full re-trim of all seats and door cards- Custom

Things that could possibly happen during this phase-

    C2. short runner-
    Polished intake manifold

Here we go. Might not be too many pics of this one as I want to keep it on the DL. Maybe I will keep it a true secreat and unveil it at Eurowerks 09.

I'm not 100% sure about swapping out the taillights. We will see how they look with the new color. They might work well.

If I do swap them out they have already been spoken for... Sorry
