ST Coilovers by KW from the kind folks at Fifteen52. Thanks again! The car rides brilliantly and handles even better. Much better than the old coilovers that I removed.

any reason why you didn't wait till the spring to put those on? seems like it might have been a good idea not to subject them to the salt.
I almost said a curse word!
that is a very good reason

"Fuck You, You're Gay"
Next time that you have those wheels off, coat the threaded bodies of your coilovers liberally with anti-seize, lithium grease, or something. Then spin the collars around a bit to get it under the collars. One of my old Konis froze up after one winter shennanigannery session.
Anyways, while cleaning my car recently, I noticed that I had a stand-light burnt out within the drivers side taillight. I had also noticed that there were some moisture droplets in the reverse light. This kind of stuff REALLY bothers me. I immediately pulled the taillight out of the car to investigate...As it turns out, one of the tabs that fastens the bulb-holder assembly to the lense assembly has been cracked (I'm assuming this was done when a bulb was replaced in the past). The bulb-holder was not being securely fastened to the lense, and was leaking moisture as a result
"Well, shit," I thought to myself. Time to order a new lense. I saw that ECStuning had the euro-tails in stock so I figured I might as well buy them.
European OEM Goodness
Althought they appear to look the same as the NA spec tails, they actually have am amber turn signal indicator
NA OEM on the outside, Euro OEM on the inside
At this point I noticed a difference between the female connector on the bulb-holder when
comparing the NA Spec bulb-holder and the Euro Spec Bulb holder
NA Spec bulb-holder
Euro Spec Bulb Holder
I wound up just using the NA spec bulb-holder in the Euro Spec lense. Seems to work great, good light as intended (the Euro spec and the NA spec bulb holder are the same part number but for some reason have slightly different connectors).
And a what I walk up to when I'm leaving work everyday

What it take to do the LED lights in the rear?
Owning a VW is like having a hot girlfriend that's mentally unstable
It's extremely subtle with the lights off. You can't even tell they're amber unless you really look closely. This is a common theme with my car. You can't really tell anything has been tampered with until you look CLOSELY. One of the benefits of being an OEM+ type of guy.
I've actually toyed around with the idea of removing the APR sticker on the third brakelight and the ECS plate frame. However, these are the only two things on the exterior of car that even hint that anything has been modified (minus the big ass AWE FMIC I guess). I don't know, I'll have a few beers tonight and see how the mood strikes me.
I could dick around with LED taillights. A guy on AZ makes them (Phil aka fly3000kits) but I don't have much interest in them at this time.

Didn't they come as a factory option for the B7? Like the A6 rear lights

Quick video of how my car sounds with the custom APR exhaust (customer center section with deleted resonator).
I will try to get a few more videos tomorrow or in a few weeks when I get back. I love how the car sounds now. The APR exhaust directly from them, even with a test pipe, is just too mellow.
Also, feel free to check out the other videos on my channel.
