    Default Autozone vs O'Reilly Prices

    Was just browsing to see how much a new exhaust hanger was for my E30, and I come across this stark price difference.

    What the?! Obviously ordering from O'Reilly for this one.

    Have you guys ever noticed any huge price difference like this one?

    never really buy from the local stores for this stuff other than oil and detailing products, paint, rags, etc. I order most of my actual parts from blunttech, our local parts sponsor, or local enthusiast shops.

    that discrepancy is nuts though. oreilly does have a eurowerks discount if you go in I think.

    For something like an exhaust hanger I don't mind. It's just a piece of rubber.

    If I can get it for cheaper than $6 to my door though I'm all ears.

    The part is only like $3.00 on Blunttech but why is shipping $8.00 for a piece that weighs 0.1 lbs and is only about 50 miles away???

    Well I'm sure they could load it up in a potato cannon and launch it in your general direction for free.

    And sorry I was raised Jewish (literally) so I've always been very very conservative with money. I've always argued and challenged something if it's even a dollar difference. I guess it's in my blood.

    Blunttech has great prices, especially if you need it next-day or 2nd-day.

    otherwise you can also try autohaus and pelican parts for e30 parts.

    Holy smokes I just looked up autohausaz... I have been looking at what a couple fuel sender sensors are going to cost me and this is what I came up with

    ECS: 185.24 + 210.24 = 395.48 +shipping/handling

    AutoHausAZ= 112.72 + 132.55 = 245.27 w/ Free Shipping!!!

    Damn autohaus AZ would save me like $150 if I have to replace both of the senders!
