Default 1997 Land Rover Range Rover HSE Vitesse

This is sort of a feeler I guess, but I've got another vehicle picked out I wouldn't mind getting but would want to sell the Range first. It's been good to me, but the vehicle I've picked out would be a replacement for it. Here's a link to the Craiglist add with all the information and how to reach me. I've had an offer for 2,200, so don't bother offering less than that. Thanks guys.

    Okay....I'm gonna be THAT guy.

    DO WANT.

The wife used to hate these, until I showed her this one a while back.

Feel free to hide it in my driveway, I'll even play along and drive it all winter.

I remember now you are a Rover guy at heart still. It's a super cool vehicle and gets tons of looks and compliments, but I'm looking into getting something newer.

Kind of big and colorful to hide.

This thing destroys the snow. It's heavy and reasonably short wheel base and with the full-time 4WD it likes to stick to the ground. I had thoughts of just keeping it around as a nice "beater" but what I'm replacing it with wouldn't make sense to keep it.

Someone bring me 3,000 and put me out of my misery. I'm so tired of dealing with low ballers and tire kickers at this point. Out of the 40 calls and numerous texts I've had MAYBE 5 of them were people legitimately interested.

How is it not sold for 3k. Maybe I don't know Range Rovers well enough but that is a lot of SUV for the money.

Because people think because it has a salvage title that it's junk, or that I'm desperate for cash. Also, it seems like everyone feels 3,000 is a lot to a spend on a vehicle that has room, working 4WD, and isn't a rusty shitbox like every other cheap 4WD vehicle out there.
