Dang, mine were recently replaced but that seems like a good enough deal to just get and throw em on next spring

Seems like they're better for working then my motorcrafts.

I also have been looking at the Bilstein 5100's but I don't want them to get all rusted and nasty

Got my windshield tinted and wow what a difference, its amazing driving into the sun and glare is killed.

also I finally got a heat gun so I can get the chrome off of the drivers side and the rest off on the passenger side

I wonder how long until you get pulled over for having the tinted windshield... I would love to do it for the sole fact of not being blinded driving into the sun. How is looking through it at night?

I'll get pulled over for having 5% tint on the sides before the windshield for sure. Its only 50%. Its amazing going into the sun and night driving there is hardly any difference aside from no longer being blinded by on coming traffic. I did it to eliminate glare from snow in the winter when I'm plowing

Time to have someone paint the lowers of my drivers side front and rear doors after removing the chrome, I had a bit to much heat and the paint started to peel a bit

just wondering. I've never really noticed snow glare before. That may be because i am too tired by morning to notice or what. Either way a tinted windshield would be nice!

I have heard it is pretty simple to get a prescription for tint. It might be worth it to avoid any legal/police hassle that might come from it.

yeah, I got quoted around 200-300 for the 2 drivers side door lowers to be redone by Autoworks, I am going to shop around a bit more because it doesn't need to be 100% amazing
