FEELER: CPO 2007 VW Passat 6MT Sport/Luxury/Hi-Def - LOW MILES

This is a feeler for sale to see what the local interest may be on the car. I will be getting rid of her one way or another before the winter season. I am leaning right now toward bringing it in to the dealer and taking the hit on what the car is worth for the ease of the transaction - but I would love to see her go to an enthusiast for the right price (Looking at around 15k as that is what is still currently owed on the car - I am not looking to profit, but looking to complete the loan and move into a Subaru).

Here are the details:
2007 VW Passat 2.0T FSI
Sport/Luxury/Hi-Def Packages
6 speed manual (very rare for Passat with these options)
~60,500 miles - will slowly increase as it is my current daily
The car is also currently CPO warrantied at Westside VW untill 75k, I am the third owner - CLEAN CarFax, car has NEVER been in an accident.

Car has almost every option besides navigation, including:
-Leather sport seats (power and heated)
-6 Disk MP3 audio
-Bi-xenon lights
-Sunroof
-Rear spoiler
-Hi-Def front and rear bumper and side skirts (passenger side skirt is cracked, see pics)

Car has very small modifications - the only mods that I have personally done include:
-APR Carbonio Intake
-20% tint all around
-18x8.5 VMR 710N Powder coated Gold (I also have the stock 18" VW Samarkand Wheels) wrapped in almost brand new tires. VMRs will be extra, the car will come on the stock wheels (both can be had for extra on top of car purchase).

Car came from the dealer at Westside chipped and lowered and both of those mods are fully covered under the CPO warranty. (I do not know what kind of chip or suspension is on the car, I'm assuming REVO - I know it is not APR after having it checked at Imola Motorsports, and VW dealership could not locate labels on the springs)

Again, this is a feeler to see if there is immediate interest in the car at my price. I am looking to get into something that is AWD (Subaru) - hence the reason for the sale, I am pretty firm at the price as I know what I can get at the dealership for trade-in and without the hassle of the personal sale. Don't bother with low-ball offers.

Pics are attached below. Car is kept immaculately clean - ALL maintenance is up to date on car including updated DV and PCV valves. NO dash lights - car pulls strong and is a blast to drive. There are not many 6mt Passat's with hi-def and low miles around anymore - this one is a beautiful, clean, and reliable example.

Thanks for the bump! Surprisingly they offered me a bit above that (to my surprise as well), obviously it would be a quick sale for them - but I want to give the enthusiast crowd an option before letting the dealer overprice the **** out of it.

*UPDATE*

Just got the oil changed today at Westside and replaced the wiper blades. Have a completely GREEN bill of health from the Westisde VW inspection to provide to the buyer. Also confirmed the buyer can transfer the CPO warranty (good untill car reaches 75,000 miles) for $150 and I have the card to send into VW of America. Mileage is at 60700. Quite a bit of interest but nobody with cash in hand. I've found the car I will be replacing this with so it needs to move quickly otherwise its headed to the dealer.
