    88 Suzuki Samurai - $1 (Ft.Drum)

The 4cyl 1.3L engine, 5 speed transmission, and transfer case in this 1988 Suzuki Samurai are all in good condition. When the car gets up above 40mph it lets you know how awesome you look by making very loud noises to notify females of your dominant presence. Having idolized BMWs when it was younger, the left turn signal is not functional. This is not a problem as I am sure you still remember your hand signals from when you first took your drivers permit test. There is a hole (think of it as air conditioning assist) in the driver's side floor pan, and another hole in the back that is perfect for making jokes about how large your penis is. Example: "Yea that hole is pretty big. I made it with my penis."

This car is 24 years old and like most 24 year olds from New York, the internal bits are good but the outside is rough and angry looking(Only difference being the car won't try to get you to listen to its demo). It's the only 4x4 that will fit on ATV trails and its more capable then a Wrangler in most situations. Lightweight, simple design and true 4x4 capabilities make the Samurai a formidable opponent. No longer will you watch the Wrangler owners laugh at you as you say, "I wish I could do that." With this car you'll shout "Hey, fuck you!" as you thunder past them on the trail as they sink into the mud. "Should have bought a Samurai bro. "

I'm looking to trade the car for something old and that has character but I'm open to all trades and possible cash offers. Now that doesn't mean I would take your totally awesome Eclipse with tack on rear wing and pillar gauges, nor would I want your 1975 project car from hell but I'm willing to listen.

Does anyone have any info on this car? http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/an...240644222.html

I called the guy and he said he's only had it for 2-3 days, got it from a Volvo dealership. He had a strong Indian accent and just kept saying "Good car, good car."

I'd like to know if anyone here knows anything about it. PM me!

The body looks like hell, it has a cheap aftermarket gauges, pedals, shift knob, and steering wheel. Ive never seen that color before, so its most likely a cheap Macco job. Might be a good winter beater, but its way overpriced IMO.

Yea I wasn't sure if the color of the car was different, or the white balance on the camera was off. Either way, I figured I'd try to see if anyone had any info on it.

Yea but that wont help me figure out the history on any maintenance. This guy probably isn't going to know when the last time the oil was even changed.

Judging by the aftermarket parts, mainly I just wanted to know if the engine or transmission has been modified. The seller has no idea. So I thought I'd ask here, apparently the wrong decision.
